Mental Health Matters provide a range of community services to address a range of need here for you. These include one-to-one sessions and group structured activities as well as via drop-in support services.
These services support the building of personal confidence, self-esteem, facilitate learning new skills as well as rediscovering old interests, and building friendships with other users.
By accessing Mental Health Matters community services you have the opportunity to take part in a range of therapeutic and creative activities whilst creating personal support networks, thereby increasing your independence and well-being.
Whether you are recovering from a period of ill health and require a short intervention or are experiencing long term mental ill health and need structured on-going support, our skilled staff members are here to support you.
