Helpline goes from Strength to Strength
After less than two years delivering a mental health helpline service to more than 1.5 million residents in Kent, Mental Health Matters has secured additional funding to expand the service. The Helpline is now open from 5pm to 9am midweek and 24 hours on weekends and Bank Holidays.
This significant extension to the service allows us to meet a gap in overnight provision across Kent and provide much-needed support to those in distress. Our online chat service 'Time Online' is now also available within the county, providing a welcome alternative to traditional telephone helpline services.
For more information on this please go to the current Mental Health Matters Newsletter on our Website.
