Coralie joined Mental Health Matters as Director of Service Performance in April 2013, and has overall responsibility to ensure that MHM’s services deliver the outcomes our clients and customers want. She is accountable for business performance and for ensuring that MHM offers high quality contemporary, sustainable services tailored to the needs and preferences of individuals and commissioners.
Coralie has worked in housing and social care in a number of senior roles including operational management; business improvement and strategy. Most recently working freelance, Coralie has experience of working in and with public, charitable and third sector organisations.
Passionate about customer engagement and organisational performance, Coralie’s role is to ensure that MHM’s people deliver excellent services with a sense of pride and achievement at work.
