Mental Health Matters Accreditation
Mental Health Matters has received accreditation from a number of organisations demonstrating our commitment to staff, service users and the wider community, and our support for equality and diversity in the workplace and society as a whole. They include:
Positive About Disability (Two Ticks Symbol):
Mental Health Matters is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities have a positive experience when applying for jobs with our organisation and once they are employed. We have been awarded the Two Ticks accreditation since 1995 and continue to review our policies and procedures to ensure we can maintain our participation in the scheme.
The Two Ticks symbol is awarded by Jobcentre Plus to employers who have agreed to make positive commitments regarding the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled people.
