Mental Health Matters Helpline
Mental Health Matters Helpline is a confidential service staffed by highly trained and experienced telephone helpline workers, offering emotional support to people.
Our helpline also provides information on local and national mental health services and can signpost you to further support.
You do not need to have been diagnosed with a mental health need to call our helpline. Anyone can contact us about a range of issues, for which they may need emotional support, including bereavement, relationship problems, loneliness, isolation and stress.
The helpline can provide ongoing support over a period of time. We are also here to support people who are caring for others with mental health needs.
